Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns

Our apparel, accessory, and headwear products are made to order. Because of this on-demand approach, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been customized with logos, names, or numbers. However, we stand by the quality of our products, and if an item doesn't meet our high standards due to defects in materials or decoration, we will accept returns for a refund or exchange.

 

To Request a Refund or Exchange: 

  • Email support@secondslide.io or use the chat function on the Corner Store.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please provide your order number.
  • Photo Evidence: If claiming a defect, include a photograph clearly showing the issue. If you believe the sizing is incorrect, please include a photo with measurements.

Do not return items to the manufacturer. For return instructions and the appropriate address, please contact us directly.

Refunds Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect the item and send you an email notification that we've received it. We will then inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and not as per your order. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photographic evidence of the defect or damage, and we will provide you with further instructions.
